Wes has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, construction and development both in Private Equity and the REIT Markets across all asset classes. He has held senior positions with KPMG Real Estate Advisory, Slate Properties, (Blackstone Equity), General Electric, Law Development Group and Equity Commercial Builders, working across all functional areas.
Wes is a graduate of the AMDP Program, Harvard University, has completed a Post-MBA, Advanced Management, Real Estate and Infrastructure Investment and an MBA in International Finance, Economics and Strategic Management, both from the Schulich School of Business.
Wes led the integration between Clifton Blake and Wilkinson Construction, recognizing the investor opportunity for efficiency and value bringing development and construction together in one operation.
President
Jeff graduated in 2002 with a civil engineering degree from the University of Waterloo. After working for Rockport Group for 3 years, Jeff went on to obtain a Master’s degree in construction management in 2006.
Following an additional 2 years with Rockport, Jeff moved on to Concord Adex Developments, where he spent 6 years managing projects at the Concord CityPlace and Park Place communities. At Concord Adex he oversaw the completion of the Parade condominium, a $280 million mixed-use project which included over 1700 residential units, a retail podium and pedestrian mews, a Skybridge connecting the two towers, and the Puente du Luez pedestrian bridge connecting the Cityplace neighbourhood to Front Street. Since joining Wilkinson Construction in 2013, Jeff has been instrumental in increasing the company’s scale and scope of work, improving performance through innovation and management, focusing on growth in the residential sector.

Becky holds an H.B.A. in Environmental studies from York University and a Master’s degree in International development from Universität Jaume I in Spain. She spent five years working in international development in Malawi and Sudan, focusing on community-based projects that strengthened local infrastructure and economic opportunity, before continuing this work in Ottawa.
Her experience working across cultures and complex projects informs her approach at CB Wilkinson, where she is committed to developing and building sustainable communities that create long-term value.
She is also the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Raw Carrot, a national organization that scales social-purpose employment through a network of community-based social enterprises across Canada.
EVP, Construction
Robert Romeo’s career in the construction field began well in advance of graduating from the Civil Engineering Technician program at Seneca College, having worked on many sites and in different fields while still a student.
Following graduation, Robert progressed quickly gaining hands-on knowledge of all aspects of building—from trade execution to complex project coordination. This comprehensive, ground-up understanding informs his leadership approach today, bringing both technical depth and practical insight to every project.
With more than 40 years in the industry, he is a highly respected construction executive with boots on the ground experience in design through construction across the development of 6 to 7 million square feet in the ICI and midrise residential sectors.
Most recently, he held a senior leadership role as Vice President of Construction at Clifton Blake where he directed the delivery of multi-phase residential projects in the Greater Toronto Area.
Since joining CB Wilkinson in 2024, Robert has overseen all aspects of construction execution and delivery, supporting the company’s commitment to operational excellence and high-performance residential development.
A key part of Robert’s leadership philosophy is a deep commitment to mentoring. He is passionate about developing construction talent and takes an active role in guiding and training emerging professionals within the organization, ensuring that industry knowledge and best practices are passed on with integrity and precision.
SVP, Development
John is an entrepreneurially minded industry professional who has worked his way through the ranks in the trades, property management, and within the construction industry. He has held senior roles at several of Ontario’s largest construction and development firms and delivered major projects Bell, Rogers, Telus, RBC, CIBC, Google, CI FUNDS, Audi, OLCG, IBM, and University of Toronto.
John has managed development of over 1.0 M square feet of mixed-use projects. Prior to joining the Clifton Blake group of companies, John worked with Core Development Group as Director of Construction responsible for the launch of close to 400 residential units. As SVP Development, John expanded the in-house capabilities of the CB team striving for excellence in execution and operational performance leading to the next stage of growth.
